TERMS & CONDITIONS
Memberships require a 12-month commitment and are billed monthly. They are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused. A valid credit card must be kept on file, or clients may opt to pay the full annual amount upfront. Membership promotions cannot be combined with other offers. Up to two treatments may be rolled over during the membership term, with all rollovers redeemable within 14 months of the original treatment date.
